Metal composite fireproof expansion panels are a type of intumescent fire-stopping material composed of a four-layer structure, including No.28 steel plate, expandable material, iron wire mesh, and aluminum foil. They can be easily handled and installed using common tools.
With a thickness of 8mm, they can quickly expand to 8 times their original thickness when exposed to fire, providing a fire resistance rating of up to 3 hours.
The metal composite fireproof expansion panel (RYZHI-CS195) is specifically designed for fire protection of cable trays, pipelines, and critical process equipment. It effectively prevents the spread of flames, radiant heat, and smoke. When exposed to fire, its fireproof heat material rapidly expands to form a dense carbonized layer, cutting off heat transfer and preventing the penetration of smoke. It maintains stable fireproof performance over long-term use and is suitable for various high-risk environments.
