USAGE SUGGESTIONS

1. Construction Operation specifications
Preprocessing:
Ensure that the fire-resistant glass and the edges of the frame are free of contaminants and water stains to avoid affecting the self-adhesive performance of the sealing cotton.
Cutting:
Use scissors or a sharp knife to trim to the desired length. Protect the surface layer of the cotton strip during cutting to prevent damage to its adhesive strength.
Installation:
Press the cotton strip tightly against the edges of the glass frame to eliminate gaps, ensuring sealing and expansion performance in high-temperature environments.
2. Daily maintenance requirements
During routine inspections, if the surface of the cotton strip is damaged or if its self-adhesive strength has weakened, it should be replaced promptly to ensure optimal fireproof performance.
3. Packaging protection standards
Each roll of fireproof cotton is packaged with heat-shrink plastic to provide dust and moisture protection; the exterior is combined with a rigid cardboard or wooden box to prevent compression and deformation, ensuring the products of the cotton strips remain intact.
4. Storage Conditions and Shelf Life
Environmental requirements:
Store in a dry, ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and prolonged humidity to prevent adhesion and material aging; it is recommended to maintain a storage temperature of 5℃-35℃.
Shelf life:
Under good storage conditions, fireproof cotton can be stored for 2 years; after the expiration period, it is recommended to check its performance first and only use it if it meets the standards.
